At TREKIVA, we’re committed to delivering every order safely and on time. Here’s our concise shipping policy:


1. Order Processing

  • Prepaid/COD orders dispatch within 24–48 business hours.
  • Slight delays may occur during sales/peak periods.

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Standard: 3–6 business days (location dependent)
  • Express (where available): 1–3 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard on orders ₹999+
  • Standard fee for orders below ₹999
  • Express upgrade: additional charge (pin code dependent)
  • COD: handling fee on select pin codes

4. Tracking & Updates

  • A tracking link is shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
  • Tracking may activate within 24 hours post courier scan.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All footwear ships in brand box + tamper-evident outer pack.
  • If the parcel appears damaged, unbox in the presence of the delivery agent and record photos/videos.

6. Address Change / Undeliverable

  • Request address updates within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Undeliverable shipments (incorrect address/unreachable number) may RTO; re-shipping can incur additional charges.

7. International Shipping

  • Prepaid orders to select countries; duties/customs payable by the customer (if service is active).

8. Force Majeure

  • Weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier network issues may cause delays; we’ll keep you informed.
