Thank you for shopping with TREKIVA! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our refund policy for TREKIVA sandals.  


1.  Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for sandals within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the sandals must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.


2.  How to Initiate a Return

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@trekiva.com to obtain a return authorization. Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

 

3.  Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

 

4.  Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your sandals for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.


5.  Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.


6.  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


7.  Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective pair of sandals, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.


8.  Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
